at the Idaho Horticulture Seminar. We have received numerous
comments about the value of the presentations. Many of the
attendees addressed specific comments to the merits of your
information on the cost recovery process and the customer
service ideas provided.
Sometimes the greatest value is in learning how to implement
what you think you know – and having someone show you the
importance of doing that in a way that is both interesting
and practical. You certainly accomplished that for our group.
